No hot breakfast even though they allow sitting in the lobby. The front desk woman during the day is so dull and seems like she doesn’t want to be bothered. The slim guy during the day is nice. Julio and other evening receptionists were nice. Gym is good. Air conditioner in the room is either freezing or turns off. Not a lot of hot water in the shower. Spacious comfortable rooms, easy parking. Constantly calling for things missing in the room or new towels since their is no daily housekeeping.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service!! The worse hotel experience I encountered. I prepaid and booked a stay at this hotel. Once I arrived I was told there isn’t anymore rooms available. I wanted to know what will be the next step since I already reserved and paid for a room in full. The front desk representative did not want to assist me further due to the hotel not having any rooms available. I than suggested in just moving forward with a refund and the agent didn’t want to help with that either and decided to call the police on me for no reason at all. I called into the hotel the next day to express this issue to a manager but can’t get to one. The same disrespectful front desk representative answered the phone and was extremely rude and never transferred me over to a manager. This is day 3 since the incident happened and I still haven’t got to speak to a manager. Instead I’m getting the same front desk representative I had a issue with from the beginning and he decides he doesn’t have to put me in contact with a manager.

This hotel is an incredible good deal. It's almost brand new and the rooms are very spacious. Some of the largest rooms I have seen! Everything was clean and neat. The best part was the price. For that level of quality and rooms this is the best deal I have found traveling for 4 across the US. There are a few restaurants near by and it's also in a easy to get to location in terms of traffic connection. If you are traveling with kids, this is the place you want to be.

I've never given somewhere one star before and this palce deserved it. It came no where close to the quality standards one would expect of a Hilton property and they did nothing to make up for my bad experience.nHere are some things to be aware ofn-There is no soundproofing between connecting roomsn-There is no hot breakfast. One a bag of prepacked stuff.n-The airport shuttle only runs till 5pm. Which airport shuttle do you know of that only runs till 5pm and calls themselves an airport hotel.n-The front patio looked like a party had just left a mess.

The room was not only not ready at the 3 PM check in time, which meant I incurred additional costs in Uber while I waited for my room to be finally ready, but it was also dirty beyond belief. We had stayed in another Home2 just two months ago and the cleanliness of that hotel was on another level. Everything was super clean and everything we need was there. Here, the towels had hairs, the fridge was disgusting, countertop surfaces in the bathroom and general room were dirty, and the toilet has dried urine, just to name a few of the problem. The tardiness of the room I was willing to overlook had the room been cleaned, but unfortunately it was not. My partner and I used up two and a half Lysol spray bottles cleaning the room to the standards that it should’ve been in the first place. The morning after we informed the manager, and to give credit where credit is due, he was very apologetic, and explained that they are currently short on staff. I understand that and I sympathize with him, but respectfully, that is also not my problem. I must recognize that he offered to give us a free drink or boxed meal, though I really must say that it a very lackluster form of compensation given the Hilton brands supposed level of care and quality. On the first day, the receptionist Mariana had an immense amount of attitude, though she did get better later. She most likely must’ve dealt with a problematic customer before us, but she really shouldn’t pass it on to us either. I was also not given the room that I had requested on the Hilton app when checking in. At that point, what was the point of even picking a room at check in? Overall I would not return.
