The rooms are nice. Although they didnt have my double bed suite available upon arriving they were still able to give me a king size suite with a balcony pool view. Gorgeous

Room was dirty and had multiple left overs from previous stays. Dirty shirt and towel in the closet, bread tie, penny, hair galore. Smelled funky in hallways like they needed to be carpet cleaned last year. Missing towels. The toilet is so difficult to flush housekeeping probably finds lots of very unpleasant surprises. Checking in, while the clerk was accommodating to me, he was openly rude and mocking to several other guests and callers, literally shooing them away in annoyance and frustration. I’d pass on this one.

I want to give -ve rating but there’s no option.nNever Ever Choose this hotel! I repeat never. First we had to wait for the receptionist at the lobby for 10 minutes.. He came and tried to check us in and said - “Oh I dont see your reservation”. Mysteriously after 5 minutes he was able to see our booking. We had booked a King Suite by paying extra $ for it and he said we only have 1 queen available. Why do you take bookings charging us extra $ if you do not have enough availability? After making us wait for 20 minutes he gave us a King bed room. The receptionists do not know what they are doing.. And are so mean... The rooms were so dusty that we had 1” dust all over our foot. Bad spring mattresses giving us back ache. Worst breakfast ever with only cereals and oatmeal. Overall this has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in US. I wouldn’t go to hotel ever again even if I’m offered a free room.

Sheets were not changed as they should have been. On arrival the tub was dirty. Tv did not work or the room telephone to call the front desk. Had to continuously request service . You get what you pay for in this dump

Very nice & clean hotel. Staff is amazing. Always remember to TIP housekeeping!!
