I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!! Luis was THEE absolute best! He was super friendly, personable and overall just nice! He really made my stay that much more memorable! The XYZ bar had great wings and a nice selection of alcohol too. I can't wait to visit again. Beautiful hotel! When arriving to the hotel, the front entrance was full of trash and food leftover on the tables outside. I realized that our bathroom door did not close and the room was very dusty. They only provided us with two normal sized towels, no wash cloths. When we left the next morning and came back from a day out, our beds were not made and we did not get extra towels to use. We called front desk and told us we had to go downstairs to get any if we wanted... customer service ? The walls are extremely thin and you can hear people yelling, blasting music, and closing their doors at all hours of the night . In essence, I will not be wasting my money here again.
Nice hotel, staff really helpful. Laundry, pool, gym facilities. Room was clean, everything worked.nFirst night was a little loud from next door, but after they left, peace. Bar, restaurant on-site. Close by to some restaurants and supermarkets etc.nNicely close to airport.
Excellent hotel. Clean, Organized, and rooms are the right size. Staff is very helpful and kind. Specially Luis C who helped changing rooms at 3 am because of noise complain. I would stay here again.
Aloft Doral was an average at best experience. We had a few problems with our stay. Firstly, the bathroom door didn’t stay shut and would slide open on its own. Kind of awkward when you’re staying with people. The walls are also thin, I could hear my neighbors at 1am watching TV and talking. Our AC was as loud as a tractor so it wasn’t easy to sleep with the combination of all the noises. Hotel was clean, hip and staff were generally nice, but I don’t see myself coming back in the future.
