Noisy on the pool side. I guess since Miami Beach went under curfew last week, some spring breakers were trapped in Doral with nothing better to do than try and make they're own party out by the pool until ~4am. Recommend room not on pool side. Some facilities (pool, restaurant, bar, parking) are shared with the adjacent Aloft hotel. Element Hotel seems to get a lot of traffic but is in good shape considering the volume.
Front desk staff are great! We had a small issue and it was cleared up as fast as possible as soon as we got there by Vanessa in a very professional manner which we appreciated immensely. We are a couple who ask a lot of questions but it was never a worry for Stefanie or Victoria great work! Super place! Will be back for sure!
They gave me the wrong room and basically told me I just have to deal with it. I booked a room that sleeps 4 people. They gave me a room that only sleeps 2 people. When I made them aware of this they said there’s nothing they can do about it and I would have to wait until the next day to change rooms. When the next day came they told me I would have to wait until 5 pm to switch rooms!!! Completely outrageous. The front desk staff were not helpful and did not care. I paid for a room that sleeps 4 people, that’s exactly what I should have gotten!!! They didn’t offer to give me a discount or anything either. Very poor service.
Sanitizing stations in and outside elevators. Person limits in elevator posted. The location was well manicured and the inside was clean. The room was smaller than we wanted, but we booked late (our fault). The room was a decent size and once again everything was clean. Was very satisfied.
Elevator is super stuffy and hot inside. The hallway was colder than the room. AC can only be brought down to 68 and mind u this is MIAMI where it’s always hot ! The TV remote was broken, the shower head was loose and broken. There was only 1 towel in the bathroom. This hotel is NOT a good choice. In other words, don’t stay here.
