My sister leaves there and it's a nice condominium. Their pool and recreation area is very nice and clean. The community service they offer it's well organized. They have a good amount of visitors parking, but of course in the Doral area you always need more! The hallways are very clean... I like that.
Overpriced community, overcrowded, tiny almost useless gym , they sell the parking spots separate , so u pay 25000 for an apartment with one parking spot , total nonsense, there is simply too many ppl living in this place , using the pool same story , the location is amazing but 107 av traffic is insane so just get in or out of the community is a challenge. On summer u can smell the landfill located no so far up north. This place is worthy if u don't wanna speak English and u want all ur neighbors to be from venezuela.
Nice and beautiful place to live.
People its not so nice and clean as we expected
the association manager and the president run this place like there own business and poor low quality work in everything they do but some how give themselves bonuses of over $30,000 a year.
