This place is dirty and disgusting! The bed had hair and stains on it, it was obvious the sheets had not been changed! The kitchen floor was greasy, the sofa bed had no bedding, there was none available in the room. The bathroom was super awful! There was loud music playing all night. Many unsavory characters! Did not feel even safe enough to leave until daylight. Stay away from this place. It was disgusting and not safe!

I am not happy with the way breakfast was served. You can't get food yourself, you must ask them to a lady to hand them to you. She can smile a little more and pretend she likes her job. I would expect someone like that at at Motel 6, not at a hotel part of the Marriott family.nAlso, choose wisely the items you pick for breakfast because there are a lot of restrictions. These are the ones she gave me:n-if you choose a cereal, you cannot choose a muffinn-only 1 egg per customer (I weigh 210 pounds and 1 small egg is not enough for my daily protein intake)nI was excited to arrive at a Marriott property but this does not feel Marriott at all. I spent so much and worked so hard to save Marriott miles on my Bonvoy card that I deserve a second egg :)

Was greeted by a new roach (I killed them on sight) in the bathroom or living room area each and every day. Not cool, especially when everything should be immaculate to prevent covid contamination!nJust disgusted and won't be coming back!

If only I was able to get a refund I wouldn't have even stayed. By far the most unorganized place I've ever been. Feels like just because my color I get treated however. 1st off I wasn't told about using a card with a chip and I almost had to lose money if I left. On top of that the tub was dirty and stained. Curtains and windows and even some kitchen equipment had mold on them. Now since checking out I have to go see a doctor or something for my throat which is sore and tight. Then they say everything is open just to get told my daughter has to sign up for the pool. I've been so many places in this area and promise I will never come back here no matter what.
