It was a good hotel. Staff was nice and welcoming but we got there at 2am and we were travelling with family. We got there and it was fine. We got our room keys but then when we went to our rooms there was people sleeping in them! We got new rooms. Sleep was fine. Breakfest was good but the room incident was horrible.
Very clean and nice. They had a pool which is a plus for my daughter. A big thank to the front office manager, Pablo Bonfante, for being understanding about my situation and helping me out. All the staff were respectful and very nice.
Stayed for 13 day. Never asked if I wanted clean sheets or towels. I understand that because of covid they don’t want to make the room but. At least knock to ask. No towels, toilet paper. No coffee maker like it says. Or video game console. A complete disaster
My wife and I were booked here fir 7 nights. We only stayed 2, and went to another hotel. The staff gave us false information on several occasions. They had no extra pulling, short on towels. The room was dirty, there were holes in the coverings on the beds, no cups in room, no coffee pot. They said they had 24 hours coffee in the lobby, but was only stocked during breakfast and when we asked for a cup for water, we were told they would not be able to give us one till the next morning. On the morning of day 3, we asked to have our bed name. They refused several times stating they would clean and service the room after we checked out. Upon calling Best Western customer service, Lorenzo then told them they could make the bed the following day. The pools was filled with over 200 rocks, which we had to remove because they were hurting our feet.There was mold in the tub, the room lights did not work, and dust everywhere. The couch had huge wet spots that we had to get a sheet to cover before we could sit on it. Bottom line is, we will never stay here again. Photos to follow.
Very poor service.The staff was not very helpful and room service was none exsistance. You are unable to get any clean wash towels for your room. You have to go to front desk and beg for some. Room service will not come to your room for anything while you are staying there. I do not recommend any staying here nor will I ever stay here. Their breakfast is just horrible . This place made me feel like I was a burden to be their even though I was a paying guest.
