I'm very happy with this company from start to finish, from the office manager that I dealt with regarding contracts and fees, to the owner, right down to the workers that came to re-roof my house. They were timely, professional, courteous, clean, and competent. They sent photos of the process from beginning to end since I cannot directly go on the rook to inspect myself. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

I interviewed and got bids from about 5 different roofing companies. Portillo Roofing was not the cheapest one (but close to). And I felt that Guilmar (the owner) really knows his business and will do a good job.nEven with that, I was pleasantly surprised. The crew did a really good job, working hard, and not cutting any corners (even when Guilmar stepped out). Since this was during Corona times, I was working from home so several times a day I would watch the workers either from the ground or directly from the roof. Each time I was impressed who good they were and how they work on the roof as if it were their own.nnPortillo Roofing is a small company but at the same time very professional and clearly experts in what they do. Unlike big companies where estimator and supervisor and crew manager are three different people, Guilmar does all these jobs himself and you know what you are getting from the beginning.nnBTW, don't get discouraged when you talk to Danielle (the office manager) and hear kids in the background. Danielle herself is very helpful too and does everything (estimates, scheduling, ...) very professionally and on time.nnThe roof looks really nice and based on the quality of the work, I am sure it will stay nice for a really long time. Also, the crew did a great job cleaning after the job was done. Even put my entry mat back (after I put it aside so that they can clean easier). Yes, I did find a few staples afterwards but they were under the the garbage container that got moved away couple days later (the crew could not really clean everything from under it).nnOverall I had a really great experience and if I ever need a new roof again (on a different house) I'll go straight to Portillo Roofing.nnThank you, Guilmar and the entire crew for a job well done!

Very satisfied with the new roof. I am from out of state and needed to replace my parents roof, quickly. I tried several other roofers with no response, with only one other similar bid, I chose Portillo Roofing. Guilmar and his workers were fast, safe and professional. Danielle in the office handled all permits, billing, warranty and contracts and kept me updated by text. When done, they cleaned up all debris from the property; not one dropped nail was found when they were done. I highly recommend this family owned business. I am very pleased with the work and work ethics of the Portillo's and the gang. Wish they were in my home state!

Guilmar (owner) and his crew were very good at roofing...happy crew working long hours. Pricing was competitive, they always cleaned up each day and the Customer Service was first class. I would definitely recommend Portillo to family and friends.
