My husband, daughter and I stayed 2 nights and rode the Virginia Creeper Trail from Whitetop to Damascas. The lodge is fairly priced. The outer appearance is very clean and neat however does not prepare you for how beautiful the interior is. It is extremely well kept and clean. Our room was spacious. Our only complaint was one of the beds in our room. It had a horrible dip right in the middle which made for a pretty uncomfortable nights sleep. Outside of the issue with the bed it was a nice place to stay. I only gave a 3 out of 5 solely because of the bed situation. After spending hours on the trail and already being sore from the ride itself you really dont want to sleep on an uncomfortable bed and wake up with a crink in your neck. Also a hot tub would be a great addition
The outside does not prepare you for how pretty the inside is. Our room was large and loved how big the bathroom was. Really loved our stay!
My husband and I spent a night here with our dog and it was incredible. The woman who accommodated us was very helpful and extremely hospitable. The entire place was well maintained and managed, super clean, very comfortable at such a beautiful and cozy location. We look forward to bringing family here sometime for the holidays. It was that great!
Excellent place to stay in Damascus. Comfortable rooms, large common area and great deck overlooking the Creek.
Expensive but nice. It has a grill, very nice common areas and kitchen, deck.
