Great location, cool old building. Service and cleanliness was good. Building could use better upkeep and the in-room amenities could use some elevating. Worth the price. WiFi was fantastic, stayed connected during the whole stay and speeds above 30mbps. Valet was great as well.

Terrible value.nMy boyfriend and I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway after months of not seeing each other due to covid. We were hoping for a nice hotel stay after reading the reviews for this hotel. For the life of me, I cannot understand the great reviews for this place. The people who reviewed this place - I feel like they stayed at a different hotel. This place was a disaster. At face value, it seems okay but then you realize, your room faces a brick wall with no natural light. Then you try to shower and the water isn’t hot (even after waiting 20 minutes) but not only that, but the shower door doesn’t close all the way so it lets all the cold air in. Most importantly, the walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls and door. Baby crying next door? Heard it. Baby slamming at the door handles? Heard it. Mother yelling at the baby to stop? Heard it. People “cleaning” the hallway? Heard it. Someone outside rustling a plastic bag? Heard that too!!!! Lastly, when you go out of your room to ask the people outside cleaning to please quiet down, they say “this is a hotel” and “ain’t no fire going on” and just glare at you. Instead of quieting down or apllogizjng, they actually made more noise. Well, lady, I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and have never been so disrupted with my stay... nor have I been more frustrated at a hotel that is supposed to be rated so well. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

This place is beautiful! Has a unique NYC vibe that we loved. Trendy decor, great location.nOur only small complaint is that the parking is ridiculous. Forget about street parking because it’s pretty much impossible to find and it’s all 2 hour parking. They do have a Valet service for $28 a day if you get desperate. Otherwise the place was great!

We had to stay here due to an emergency power outage in our building. I couldn't recommend this place more. The staff is extremely friendly and more than helpful. The rooms are clean, well furnished, and spacious. We look forward to staying here again on another staycation! :)

Henry was fantastic. Jackie served me a great drink at the bar. My room was extremely clean and hospitable. I would love to come back if they'll have me!
