It's one of our go-to places when we're in town. Always friendly staff and clean rooms. I was glad to see they had breakfast, even if it's not hot. It's better than nothing. Being able to go to over to the Residence Inn next-door for a drink or bite to eat is a nice perk.
Our stay was not very relaxing. Our last night there, there was a birthday party going on in the room above us. For 9 plus hours we had to listen to them romp around, jumping up and down, and it kept me up longer than I wanted. The hotel did not do a very good job in handling the issue. Would not recommend staying here.
Needed a place to stay for a night while traveling up north with the family including a baby. Booking online didn't work out so I called to reserve a room. Everything was a breeze. Plenty of parking in the front and rare of the building and the hotel is located in a quaint little town with major stores within 5-10 min. The front desk staff was very accomodating with the room selection. I wanted a room with a tub for the baby but I was intially given a shower. When I requested to have the room changed, it was done so right away. Price is fair and overall service was good too. Hot breakfast was like a typical motel/inn quality but it was wonderful to see staff cleaning constantly.
Great location. Good breakfast. Close to the highway. Safe area of Richmond. Close to many dining options.
Stayed here last night and the service was great! The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and pleasant. The room was very clean and I have no complaints.
