First room we were assigned had no smoke detector and the drain did not drain in the sink, and the bathroom floor was dirty. We asked for a new room and were assigned one with no problems. Second room was fine, but not particularly clean (especially bathroom floor and windows/windowsills). Beds were clean, though, from what I could tell. Staff was nice. The hotel was just kind of grimy, dirty elevators etc. I don't think I would stay again but I appreciated the help in switching rooms.
Nice, clean, modern rooms. Staff is friendly, even late at night. Shows it's age around the edges, but aging very gracefully
Would like to Say Thank You So Much to Shanice whom was working Last night..Very Dedicated Employee.. where she should be the Manager, was handling all the Guest very Well and taking care of them expeditiously
Easy check in, clean room and gym. And pinball and pool in the rec area! Great and comfortable stay!
I used this hotel a few times for our guests arriving to town. Things went well our last stay. Upon entering the room it appeared dirty. There were stains on the carpet and the desk showed signs of previous guest. To make matters worse the next morning our guests went to Urgent Care thinking they had an allergic reaction to something they ate. The doctor’s note indicated it was bed bugs bites. We contacted the General Manager he seemed apologetic. We also provided images of the bites to the manager. He offered to extend resolutions, well months later he still has not followed through. I reached out on almost 5 instances to him only to receive empty promises from him. This shows a total lack of integrity on leadership. This is not acceptable.
