I appreciate the efforts to help the homeless in the community but there were homeless people laying in the grass and leaning against walls and it was just trashy. Also I didn’t feel safe and the door to the elevators were just propped open. The room didn’t seem that clean either. Also I waited at the front desk for like 15 minutes before the cleaning lady was able to get someone. Step it up. Paying guests shouldn’t feel sketched out or so relieved to leave.
I paid $86 plus tax to stay overnight in a homeless shelter. The bed was comfortable but the other bed in the room had a burn hole in the comforter and homeless people sleeping outside all around the hotel. Smells bad. I look at rates the next day and they are priced more accurately at $36/night. I got ripped off for what I paid!
Not bad
Worst ever motel. Stay away from this dump. Sink leaked. Very used . Needs many upgrades. Vent cover missing in bath. Was very tired from trip or would have left. Very dirty. Looks like a homeless motel.
This is a hotel in Richmond Virginia that should be rented out by the hour. I have been staying with Choice Hotels for over 35 years and this was the nastiest hotel and atmosphere I have stayed in ever. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
