I would have loved to give this place 5 stars but I found multiple things in my room that lead me to believe they don't clean as well as they should when a pandemic is happening. To include a dirty bedspread. They did provide us a new blanket when we took it down to the front desk but it's pretty disgusting to find a fresh stain when you check in for a 4-day stay. With that aside, I will probably give them another chance. The hotel property is brand new and very nice with everything you would need.
Beautiful, exceptionally clean new hotel. Service was great also. Four stars instead of five only because the pillows were awful. I prefer when hotels give you at least four pillows on a king bed, two for each guest, with both firm and soft so that the guest can choose their preferred type. We only got three pillows and all were three feet long each and way, way, way overly soft. Maybe great for a big guy who likes super soft pillows, but not if you are just shy of average height and prefer at least a hint of firmness. I would absolutely stay again, but I would bring a decent pillow from home.
Full kitchen in room nice but room is small. Friendly employees also very helpful. Housekeeping stays on top of their job always have fresh towels hand towels rags etc
This is the best alternate to a Homewood you can get with the feel of a Tru! Very modern and space-saving is at an all time high! Very nice guest staff. Keep it up! We will be back! This will be a weekend getaway alternate!
Clean room, comfy beds, comfy sheets, super comfy pillows, nice TV. Shower water pressure could be better, but temp is good. Would've preferred a bathtub cuz I was gonna treat the wife on V day with a romantic bath with bath bombs, rose petals, candles, a bath cushion, etc. But it was actually a really nice stay all the same.
