Ever since they remodeled most of the rooms are beautifully designed huge and cozy. With that being said I have to be fair, some of the rooms have broken light fixtures and locks on the door. The rooms are not well lit at all even with all the lights on. They only give you three pillows which have lost there fluff a very long time ago. Although some of the front desk clerks are nice there are some that are just out right mean and can care less about guest services. Why did I give it 4 stars? Because even with those hiccups these rooms are high and beautiful at a great price.
Room was kinda dirty. Only have two towels and one wash rag. No extra toilet paper. Definitely not a five star place but needs a bit more cleaning and supply stock in the rooms
Room 255 had NO HEAT nor NO PHONE. Water pressure at bathroom sink was NOT GOOD. Hot water is GREAT and room SPACIOUS.
First we get to room and the mirrors were smeared. There are no blankets on the beds. There are 4 people with 2 towels. 1 wash clothe and no hand towels. The hand towel rod was filthy like no one has ever cleaned it. There was no extra toilet paper in bathroomn1 trash can. Pictures show these nice rooms with blankets and small refridgerators. The next day we go to take a shower and the water keeps getting hotter yea I said hotternwe leave go to come back about 9 pm and our key doesnt work now. So I go to the desk to find there is no one there. My 2 yr old grandson was standing in the cold while I was trying to get someone to answer at least the phone because there is no buzzernAll of a sudden after about 20 minutes someone comes from outside staring I am sorry and then fixed the key I noticed while waiting the ice machine is broke. So I can now get into room and heater is not working properly. Daughter takes a shower and now water has no hot water just cold water. So we go to leave next day and now the door will not shut the pad lock is stuck out and will not go back in. So we go to front desk and are told oh we have been having trouble with locks due to them being outside. Well I live where it gets cold and my locks add always outside and always unlock. All I got was sort for the inconvenience. Worst motel 6 ever
One of the worst places i ever tried to stay at. We could not even stay there. Door would not unlock and could see outside. The TV does not work, floor was very dirty, people fighting badly and slamming doors, a dog was constantly barking from the room next door, smelt like weed outside the office, the ice machine didn't work, the sheets was dirty, no microwave, holes in the wall and one pillow per bed, no blankets, needles on the side walk, holes drilled into the desk. It was terrible and I can keep on going. Just like them canceling our reservation just because we didn't show up on estimated tjme.
