I am so glad the drive through service is available. It makes it so much easier for parents who have small children and the staff is always friendly! Sometimes (during busy hours mostly), it can be a little slow, but I don't expect fast service when it comes to filling medications. I prefer accuracy over quickness.

Would give no stars if I could. Being that it's military, it's not surprising but, the customer service is pretty low. People hang up before you're done asking a question, start talking before you finish- you know, the old my time is more valuable than yours....do they tell you when your script is ready? Maybe, I guess there's a secret club because I wasn't invited and had to call frequently. Problem with a script a doctor gave? Too bad, they will tell you they're doing something about it and never do it or let you know. Fun.

Drive thru pharmacy is fabulous, good efficiency and once pandemic is up- it makes great addition to walk in. ADDABOY to the staff.

This id NOT the pharmacy’s fault! And the pharmacy personnel do an outstanding job under the most trying of circumstances! Once again, (Nov. 2020) and blaming it on Covid 19, retirees are told they can no longer get their scripts filled at the Langley AFB Pharmacy for TWO WEEKS! They said TWO WEEKS last week and we all know it won’t be for just two weeks! Retirees are the most vulnerable, needy, sick, poor group of people in the military community and “they” keep taking away our right to free prescriptions in the name of the Pandemic! I just don’t understand! The first time we were banned I was told it was so the troops (I’m a ret Army dep) would be ready to go to war! I take 35+ medications! That adds up to $700 or more in co-pays through Express Scripts! I can’t afford that! I am seriously disabled, have nobody to help me, go to Langley, sit in line in my 20 year old car for an hour and when I get to the end, some of my refills are screwed up so it’s back home only to come back and sit in line for an hour another day for a few more meds and screw- ups! Trying to coordinate all of my meds AND transfer them from Langley to Express Scripts back to Langley and now back to Express Scripts is IMPOSSIBLE! The doctors and nurses send in the wrong meds to Express Scripts or for one month instead of for 3 months that costs the same thing and Express Scripts says, “Your doctor made the mistake so YOU pay the price!” (Only $20 per script if I’m lucky!) So I can’t consolidate ANY of my 35 scripts-I’m not going to live long enough and it’s a losing battle-and NOW, because of the Covid recording, I can’t even call the pharmacy and ask a question or get help! I know this is too long, I wish my doctors had been able to get their acts together to send in electronic prescriptions SOONER so I could get MORE of my refills at Langley (it took 5 months for my PCP to get one script into E.S. because she wouldn’t LISTEN or READ that Langley would not fill it!) and this whole mess just makes my PTSD worse, my stress level sky high and my frustration beyond belief! I KNOW retirees are getting jerked around and when Washington wants to save money, they look at us to do it! I am a former spouse of a retiree so you don’t get any lower than that! But SOMEBODY NEEDS TO GIVE THE RETIREES A BREAK AND STOP JERKING US AROUND EVERY OTHER WEEK! Thanks for listening! ;o) (May 2021 be better and brighter for us all!)
