I’ve been calling every department in this store no answer so no one at work can’t even get in touch with the pharmacy department this don’t make no sense and they don’t care no wonder they have more 1 stars then anything ugh whoever runs this building needs to be fired cause they not making sure they people doing they job.

The young man who took my prescription order, I think his title may have been pharmacy technician, was not pleasant at all. He had a very matter of fact attitude and never made eye contact with me as I inquired about getting a prescription from another pharmacy transferred over to Walmart as my regular pharmacy was out of my medication. He gathered all my information and answered my questions but, was not kind at all. When expressed my feelings about his “matter of fact attitude “ he raised he voice and stated that he is not a rude or disrespectful person and that he has never been rude to anyone. I calmly explained to him that he was not rude but that he was not kind. He responded to me so loudly that one of his coworkers came over and inquired as to what was going on. I was thinking of changing over to Walmart pharmacy because of its convenient location but, l will not after this experience. I must say that I don’t think he feels anything was wrong with his behavior.nnI believe that good customer service is important.

Incompetent staff. I was told 45 minutes for my 2 year old’s medicine. I come back and it wasn’t in the system. I was told to wait 5 more minutes which turned into 15 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. When asked why it took so long they said they were backed up with customers. Horrible service do not waste your time here.

This pharmacy sucks. They have no knowledge of what it means to have customer service. Their lines are always long. Oh don't let your doctor send your prescription straight to the pharmacy and you didn't call and remind them... You'll wait forever. I've watched these employee's let people stand in line only to tell them once they got to the counter, that they were in the wrong line! What kind of crap is that? Then even one time I had a young woman tell me if you can buy your medicine over the counter, no insurance will cover it. Lady shut the front door! who do you think your talking too. Lol not me try that with a rookie. so anyways she was corrected by her computer and I was able to have my prescription filled... But for your convenience people take your prescriptions else where...
