I called yesterday to get my prescription at 12 noon and was told by a pharmacist that my prescription got there yesterday morning by the doctor but was told that I couldn't get my prescription 2 yesterday afternoon at 4 I told him that I would be in thisto pick up my prescription got there at nine my prescription still wasn't ready I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my prescription.why not why are they not hiring people that help them if they are so backlog and doing medical
I use this CVS every couple of months and everyone is always nice and friendly. The pharmacy is quick and answers any questions I might have.

Bad customer service. Waited at counter for 10 mins and person on the phone without even caring for customers.
