The manager was quite RUDE with me on the telephone. I understand that Walgreens only accepts FEDEX shipments for residents. But HE HAD NO CLUE who accepts UPS. Well, as Advance Auto Parts is NOT a direct or indirect competitor to Walgreens, he could have done some SIMPLE RESEARCH to ascertain that answer. Lazy!

I’ve been visiting this Walgreens since we moved to the area 5 years ago. Everyone that I have dealt with has been very friendly and helpful. I can usually find what I am looking for, and they always have coupon books out for their customers. I’ve personally witnessed the employees being berated by unruly customers and they have always seemed very collected and professional. Someone should give them a raise.

Came to this location about hour ago. While standing in the check out line, the lady behind me was too close. In which I asked her to move back 6 feet ....she threw her hands up and told me to make her move. While she said that her mask was NOT on her face. I proceeded to the first checkout lane where I advised the lady working there... her reply was that she couldn't do anything?!? I advise the girl working there that it's a LAW to wear a mask and stand 6 feet apart - she was confused. Will ever come back to this location as they are not keeping others safe. How can location, that's a pharmacy and services elderly and sick people be okay with their own employees not following the laws to keep us safe ??? Worst Walgreens I've ever been to!

Came here for a quick visit to grab a few last minute things for a friend’s daughter’s birthday party, Ian the cashier was VERY friendly and quick to help me find whatever I was looking for and went above and beyond to find a replacement (was looking for a specific nail color, Ian helped me find an exact dupe!!) and made sure I knew about their policy on gift cards. Store was neat and clean and every employee gave a smile and made me feel welcome and comfortable, and Ian made me feel like a V.I.P!!! I will certainly be stopping in whenever the need arises. Thank you Tidewater Walgreens!!!!!
