Called to ask the pharmacy a quick question and sat on hold for over 10 minutes before I had the displeasure speaking to a very rude tech named Heather. Im sure CVS has some sort of customer service policy and that was NOT it. But judging from these other reviews maybe it is. Do yourself a favor and go to the Walgreens down the street ud83eudd17

I recently went in for my Flu shot and the Pharmacist was wonderful. She was very informative and friendly. I know that the Pharmacist's and techs are run pretty ragged in community pharmacy, but you couldn't tell at this location.

Placed a refill online through cvs Caremark, when I arrived the perscription was not filled. I received an email stating location and time for pick up, I showed her . I asked Heather the pharmacist if she could please fill the perscription because it was an error in the system. I needed the medication to make it from Norfolk to Richmond. She stated no I would have to wait 5 hours. I asked her to please make an exception because I needed to get on the road... no suggestions just NO.

Pharmacies in general just do not get enough credit, and especially during these times. ESPECIALLY the pharmacists in this particular pharmacy. always so hard working, just on point even during these stressful times. I really thank you.

The Pharmacist (Heather) is absolutely awful! She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never go back there again.
