CVS

I am hoping you can clean up your grounds of litter. Especially near the railroad tracks. It is pretty bad, and it leaves a terrible impression of your store as hundreds of people drive right by it every day. I'm sure your employees would appreciate getting out in the fresh air. Fingers are crossed. Thank you.

The outside is always littered. The man that sleeps by the trashcan is aggressive. Trash is always overflowing.nI'm a retired loss prevention specialist and everytime I go inside this place I find at least one person shoplifting.nWhen Brandon ran the store things were so much better.

As a previous employee with Walgreens, it pained me to leave them. However, this location is about 3 blocks from my house, so I decided to start filling my prescriptions there. Terrible idea. After 11 years in pharmacy I have become very patient. I dropped off my prescriptions on Monday and said I would be back Friday. Because of a COVID scare I wasn't able to come Friday, so I came Monday, an entire week later. I had 2 high priced meds and gave the pharmacy co-pay assistance cards to help. Despite giving them an entire week to run the co-pay cards with my insurance, they were still giving me the regular prices. The cashier, who could barely hear me because of how loud the music was over the counter, had no idea what I was talking about and asked for the cards again. Of course I had them, but then had to wait another 15 minutes to pay for the prescriptions. While I waited I noticed there was trash. EVERYWHERE. The floors, counters, shelves. The store is carpeted and taking a vacuum to it would take all of 20 minutes. Came back the next day to get some hair dye and drinks. $3.50 for one Red Bull is ridiculous. Got my items and hopped in line. The cashier was the same one who was playing a movie on his phone as loud as he could the first day I went there. The line was halfway down the store so I politely put my things back and left. I then proceeded to Walgreens, where I will continue to go. I realize this isn't going to bankrupt CVS. Not only could the store manager care less that I won't come back, but he/she couldn't care less about the general appearance of the store. The hood gas stations down the street are cleaner and more organized than this place. Do better, CVS.

Not rating CVS itself, rating because its not a UPS. when I type UPS into the GPS, I want to go to a UPS, not a CVS where they can't help me (which isn't their fault.)

Absolutely the filthiest pharmacy I have ever been in, trash in every aisle, horrid stains in the rugs, the shelved medicines were crushed and abused, disgusting store close it down or fix it!
