Worst Walgreens I've ever went into in my entire life worst customer service ever! Two employee standing up front not doing anything not even busy at the least bit I asked them where I could find an Ace bandage they proceeded to tell me and I told him I did not see them back there with frustration in my voice and still they did not offer to help me find an Ace bandage I will never go back to this location ever again! One of them seemed to be maybe a manager because they had on a Walgreens vest a young gentleman with glasses rude as rude could be!

They don't answer the phone. I'm continuisly put on hold... They answer, don't say anything and put you on hold. I'm high risk pregnant by myself on bed rest and have been trying to get my meds for over a week. I'll have to actually go there to get everything transferred. Won't be getting my business

The pharmacy staff is always so friendly and helpful. I can not say enough positive things about Vonia, she always has a smile on her face even when she has had to deal with difficult customers. She makes getting Rx's for my parents easy. Walgreens is lucky to have such a wonderful employee! She is why I keep coming back.

I was just in Walgreens on North Military Highway across from Walmart in Norfolk. I went to their Passport/Photography department but I was told by the lady at the desk that they could not provide services because they were off loading a truck. This store seems to not have their Priorities right. I am guessing they are in business to receive product not to provide services to their customers. I have never been offered that kind of reasons not to take care of customers in the Past. I was going to ask the lady while I was there who is more important to their business but I rather was not going to waste my time. I had to drive across the road to CVS to do my business. I work in the retail business and I will loose my mind if anyone treat my customers that way.
