Plenty of parking on site . Mobile check in . Room was clean , typical residence inn layout . Requested a room with an oven via the mobile app and staff replied they had reserved one for me . Upon arrival to my room , I noticed just the stove Top. Quick call to the front desk and the clerk quickly switched my room to one with an oven :-) . Masks were worn by all staff members . Hand sanitizer wipes available in the room. Grab and go breakfast was offered in the morning . Pleasant one night stay .

The front desk staff were quick with smile, on spot with answers, and fast to open the doors for thus handicapped guy *which came in handy with the freezing cold weather outside). Housekeeping provided a clean and comfortable room and respected personal items!

The hotel is a short 10–15-minute ride to the Dulles and surrounded by restaurants within walking distance. There is even a Costco. The staff was kind and got me into my room quickly.nnThe room was very clean but a little smaller than the usual Residence Inn rooms. The bed was soft as were the linins. The bathroom was very clean as well and had a standup shower. The room also had a full kitchen.nnOther Amenities:nn- Basketball Courtnn- Fitness Room - a little small but contained Peloton Bikes, treadmills, and free weights.nn- Outdoor pool and spann- Grab and go breakfastnn- Laundrynn- Outdoor grillnnThe hotel did have a mask policy in place and hand sanitizer machines throughout the property. The fitness room was done by appointment only with one guest at a time. The pool was closed since it was outdoors and my stay was during winter.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week during the pandemic for a business trip. I was nervous about travelling, but the folks here did everything to make me comfortable--put me on the first floor at my request so I could avoid elevators, put me by an exit door so it was easy to avoid other people. The room was clean and comfortable, and they don't come into it while you are there so you can be sure it stays safe. Staff were always wearing masks. They set up breakfast as a grab-and-go system that felt very safe. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Comfortable rooms and beds. Saw front desk staff harass registered guests, then try to follow them in to the bathroom, and tell them they 'weren't allowed'(??) to wash their hands and that he neededto go back to his room... and almost attacked them. Very off-putting. That and all amenities closed. Zero to-go breakfast. Other Residence Inns are offering to-go breakfasts, and are cleaning their amenities and keeping them open..... much better options out there for courtesy and at much better prices.
