cannot ever find items in the correct shelf. All wrong labels. Have to spend half an hour to find any item. If you order online to pick up in store, 85% it’s canceled in this location and when you look back in the website it shows available. The return people don’t know how the online return works. Don’t know how to return your money to your credit card. I usually drive an extra 20 min to Walmart Sudley Rd as this place is a mess. God know who is managing it, whoever he is, he does not know his job.
My trip should've been 10 min; I only needed to make a propane tank exchange and I did not come at a busy time. There was no manager in sight. I went back to the original cashier and she finally got someone on the phone. Last time I'm subjecting myself to Wally World.
