Nice people, if you have say an hour or 2 to burn and your board come here. It doesn’t matter if you’re in the drive through or in the store. 930am 1pm 6pm it doesn’t matter. You’re guaranteed at least an hour plus in the slowest line outside of Harry Potter grand opening at universal

Avoid this Walgreens anytime after work, its 5:30pm, and I haven't moved from my spot behind 7 cars for 15 mins, I called the store asking if they could open the second window, but I guess that's not an option, maybe better to try another pharmacy, the one across the street seems much faster. I wish the one on Pembroke and Mercury was still open, the congestion at this one is going to cost this company customers

Went here to return a package with a FedEx return label. The lady at the cash register scanned it a few times and it wouldn’t work. She acted like she didn’t know what to do when she can just type in the tracking number manually and take the package. I promise nothing would affect her pay if she just did her job. If she really didn’t know how, get the manager! She wasn’t helpful, I had to drive elsewhere. Thanks a lot, rude old lady.

If it were possible to rate the pharmacy at this location as less than one-star I certainly would. The service at the pharmacy counter is abysmal. This review isn't about the wait, it's a pharmacy and waiting is understandable. This review is about the personnel. Since the Walgreens on Mercury and Pembroke closed this is the closest one to my house. I've been coming to this location once per month since the closure. Each time the service is worse and worse. Specifically there are two women who should not be working in customer service. One woman is a woman in her fifties with short hair who clearly has anger issues. The second is a shorter black lady, a bit on the comfy side, who has no idea about speaking with people. These two individuals together are a night mare. I've been insulted, talked at, yelled at, lied to...the list goes on and on. Something should be done about those two individuals. I do not recommend this location at all. If you need a script filled a Wallgreens go to the downtown Hampton location.

Wait time for.presciption drop-off is at least 30 minutes inside or out! Forget if your handicap, you have to stand and wait! More times than NOT, they only have one.person working BOTH Drive through AND inside pickup/Dropoff window.
