Instead of charging us for the full quote, they modified the quote to reflect the work that was completed because the project did not require as extensive work. I had a water leak and a backwash fiasco in my crawl space. It's semi conditioned - has a layer of blue vinyl on floors and walls, but I was still concerned about the mess. I and another helper cleaned up for 2 days before Servpro came out, but I still wanted an inspection. The thecnician who came out was friendly, professional, and told me we had done such a good job - he wouldn't recommend doing anything more. THIS is the type of honesty and professionalism I look for in a company! Thank you Servpro!!!

As we were preparing to sell our house, SERVEPRO treated the attic for mold. Several months later, a buyers' inspection revealed that there were some spots that needed to be re-treated.
