Absolutely terrified with the service. I had reserved a room by calling the number on the website. I was greeted by a representative who confirmed the location at room for a king bed. I even paid over the phone and received my confirmation number. The representative was also not professional as they told me they like my voice. Upon arrival, the front desk told me there were no more rooms and was not sure why they had booked this room for me. As it was a busy weekend, I was absolutely outraged as it gave me no time to find another hotel! Would not recommend! They did nothing to accommodate me for the confusion. Would give zero stars if I could!

The man working the 7 pm shirt was nice, got to the room. Shampoo and conditioner was open and dirty. As I walked into the front entrance I guess some one was having a party cause several people sitting, smoking and eating...will not, never stay at this inn ever!

I checked in & was going to stay here the other night but decided not to spend the night. I was wondering if I could get some sort of refund and the front desk receptionist Iyana was so nice and helpful and graciously gave me a full refund! Thank the Lord for her kindness!

I travel a lot. I can’t tell you how many times I have ran into front desk personnel who shouldn’t even be allowed to interact with customers. The front desk personnel here were amazing. I wish I would have remembered names. But, the girl with pretty dreads checked me in. She was very kind and helpful. The other female that worked evenings was also very kind. Anything I asked for or needed, she was on top of it. From clean towels to toiletries, she made sure I was good. Very professional ud83dudc4cud83cudffd I hope management takes good care of these ladies or atleast let’s them know they are doing a good job.

Employees are courteous and helpful. Hotel has mask sign everywhere and customer are cooperative. Hotel is clean and safe
