This place is Gross. I tried to use points I acquired to book a room online, and they suddenly went from 8000 points to 10000 points over night. It was weird because my wife asked the clerk a day prior to our arrival.nBut we went with the flow because we were tired from traveling. But that didn't go as planned. I had to literally check and inspect 3 different rooms before I found one half decent. The 3 rooms they assigned to me were all outdated and reeked cigarette smoke. Finally we showered and were able to get sleep, butnWas greeted by a family of roaches. My wife puked twice before we were able to get dressed and book a room just up street at the Confront inn.
Its ok the room was decent size. I give it a 3 out of 5 on cleanliness. I like the full size refrigerator and two eyes for cooking. My favorite is the game room and its open 24 hours
I liked the second room that I stayed in better than the first room because it had a refrigerator w/freezer, a sink, a really nice, big microwave, and two beds instead of only one bed, and the price was less than the other room! I would actually give it 4 1/2 ud83cudf1f, but Idk how to do the half star. The reason I wouldn't give it 5, is because the bathroom is a little bit too small, and they had replaced their toilet seat with one that wasn't the right size/fit for the toilet, and they (all places of business), should install the paper seat covers for people who prefer using them in public bathrooms/restrooms!
It may be the cheapest hotel in Richmond but it’s not worth the money. The building is run down and not even secure. Stayed one night and then moved up 95 on Willis road to countryside inn and suites for $5 more a night. I have never spent a better $5 in my whole life. Please don’t stay here.
I'm here now and leaving tomorrow. Roaches everywhere they only exterminate once a month. Was told that by front desk last night. There is no Hot water. Very lukewarm at best. Room 204 is non smoking but at night hallway smells of cig smoke.
