Clean... the Mgr. is very accommodating super nice. I can't say enough good things about him. Told us about sight seeing also. We would definitely return to this Motel 6. Keep up the great service. Thank you George Charlene. Ps beds are comfortable
I travel a lot and this is typically where I stay when I am on the south of Richmond. My room is always clean and if I need anything it gets addressed immediately. I know people talk about the area, but you are at risk anywhere you go in this world. I can say that I haven’t had a problem at all when staying here and I’ve stayed many times. The location is very convenient and the fact that I can have my pets with me when I travel for no extra cost deserves more than 5 stars. I can only say keep up the good work!
Everybody knows that during this cold this season that sanitation is most important in cleanliness and I want to thank motel 6 for providing that with me sanitation locked out doors haven't been touched like the doors were sealed wants to cleaning crew was finished so no cross-contamination everything was clean nice towels no burn in the mattress it was the most cost me in the area but definitely worth it at the last minute
Room was a good size and reasonably clean. Lights were very dim. No coffee maker or shampoo in room. No coffee available in the lobby. Ok for one night, but that's about it.
This is one of the best motels I have stayed in Richmond, clean room, great amenities and amazing staff 10/10 would recommend to everyone that is looking for accommodation in richmond area.
