So if your looking for customer service I would not try this hotel. As I struggled to get the luggage cart the front desk guy stood and watched. Then trying get my bags into the lobby his only concern was if i had a mask. I was 10 feet away from him and i had one my hand. Then he said unless i put it on that instant i could not approach the desk. This was 11:30 pm after traveling 12 hrs and to be hassled coming into the lobby and then told that if i did not like the policy i could find another hotel. I was shocked by the remark and then he told me I probably wasn’t a good fit to stay there.nI still cant believe a hotel employee would act that way to a guest. I know good service people are hard to find but Marriott should make sure their staffnUnderstand what is important to a quests.

We stayed several weeks for business. Very nice property. Good location. Easy access to anything you might need. The staff is great too.

The hotel was night and the overall stay was ok.. however I was disappointed that the pool wasn’t open due to “maintenance “ although I saw a review that stated the pool was closed for “maintenance during their stay as well and that was months ago. My reason for staying at this hotel this week was because I had to work. I told the front desk clerk ( can’t remember his name but white guy with a beard) that there should be a credit card on file for my company to pay for my room, he asked for my debit card for incidentals. I gave it to him and he still charged my card 760 for the room which I didn’t notice until the following day then tells me my money can’t be refunded for several days even though it was their fault. Then as I’m checking out I run in real quick to drop my keys off and he worried about my mask and I told him I understand and I’m leaving but he still continues to parent me as I’m leaving the door. I feel it could have been addressed better

Check in and check out were super easy. The staff were friendly. The room was spotless and clean. Enjoyed streaming my shows on the tv. The pool was amazing and had fresh towels. Breakfast was nice and packed in bags. Perfect to prevent the spread of covid. Conveniently located near restaurants, shops and gas station. Overall nice stay. Highly recommend.
