My 14 year old son and I visited Dick’s Friday evening in search of matching hoodies for him and his girlfriend. We found a great selection of north face hooded sweatshirts and bought two. At the register Michael handled our transaction. Being a scorecard member that doesn’t come in too often, I asked if there were any coupons available that I should search my inbox for. He was extremely helpful and patient as I looked. It’s very refreshing to have a great customer service experience like I did. I never found a coupon that could apply, but I left feeling like I somehow got lucky. Thanks for the great attitude Michael. Keep up the good work and we’ll definitely be back in!
I wish I had gotten his name, but there was a guy who helped me with bikes and he was amazing! Knowledgeable and explained everything (new technology), and oversight helpful.
Good place to get your fishing reel strung up with line.
