Albina is a terrific employee. During these high anxiety times with the quarantine she was absolutely delightful. She had the most beautiful and comforting laugh. It was nice to have a personalized shopping experience where both parties just treated each other like humans that mattered. She followed the safety guidelines without being stiff or reserved. She should get a raise. So thank you, will shop there again.

Place is 100% empty and pharmacist says it’s going to be a long wait for flu shot. I called ahead. Everything in stock. There is no reason for long wait. Just a stupid power trip. Go to Walgreens. They are about efficiently.

On September 10 at around 11:50 am, I talked to the pharmacy staff who has long hair with highlights and Asian heritage. The pharmacy staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. She has no respect for people’s time. I called to make sure that my prescription is ready for pick up. I confirmed via phone that the prescription is ready for pick up. When I arrive for pick up, the prescription was canceled for unknown reasons. Instead of making it up by providing fast customer service, the staff tells me that I have to wait 30 minutes because there are people ahead. So unprofessional.

Shame on Bartell's for putting small containers of vodka in a basket, within reach of children and out of sight of the cashier! You don't need any other proof of their alcohol pushing, to know that this drugstore does not have your health in mind, but only their profits. Imagine, trying to quit drinking alcohol and have to see it to get your medications. Shame on Bartell's for such slimy business practices.
