Bartell Drugs

I don't usually go out of my way to review places, but I really like this pharmacy. There can be a line sometimes like anywhere else, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. I've never had an issue with things getting mixed up or lost or taking too long. Joe is especially kind and helpful every time he's working and I go in!

I don't think there is worse than this pharmacy. I went there couple times to get my medicine that is there, but the technician kept saying that it wasn't there (I can't find it). They won't value you or your time. I wish it closes

Worst experience today in Bartell and Drugs. I went there at 9:40 AM with a prescription for my medicine where the lady at the counter takes my insurance, prescription, asks me to fill up a form with my contact details (Including my cell phone number) and asks me to wait for 20-25 minutes.nAfter 60 minutes (Yes that's correct), another lady comes to the counter and asks me why am I waiting for. I gave her my last name, my DOB and told that I am waiting for my medicine since past 60 mins. She goes to the people who are actually working inside and gives my details and surprisingly, they are not able to find it in one go and they had to search for it. Then they take their time to look into it and surprisingly its was found somewhere in the piles. They didn't even care to look at it while I was waiting for 60 mins.nNow, the first lady who took my details and prescription, comes back saying your insurance doesn't pay for the exact medicine as the company is not covered.nnI asked her,nn1. Why did you take 60 minutes just to tell me this?n2. You have told me to wait for 20 to 25 minutes, you should have told me that it will take time so that I could come back later.n3. You say there is only one technician, which is a lie because I can clearly see 3 of them working actively.n4. Now comes the best part. She says that she will reach out to my doctor to see if another medicine of the same component can be given. I felt a little happy that atleast they are caring a little bit. Now, she asks for my mobile number again. I was surprised for that as I gave all the details in the very first form that I have filled up and share with them. Again, that's lost too. So, I had to give her details.n5. The only one thing that I am glad they haven't lost my prescription (Atleast for now and not sure what might happen later).

This is for the pharmacy:They are always out of my medicine, they don’t save insurance info and have an attitude of not caring about the customers at the pharmacy. They stand behind the counter and chat while people are waiting. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. This place has gone down hill.

A few months ago we went to get medication and Shubhu gave us amazing service. She brought up goodrx and did a wonderful job at attending us. I would love to go back and get her service again.
