Bartell Drugs

Theresa, the pharmacist is really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The rest of the staff are nice too. To be honest, it's hard to find a friendly pharmacist nowadays.

I've been using this Bartell's for years and I love it. Yes, there are slip-ups at times but that's not uncommon in life! People slip up sometimes. Nothing life or death was happening.

I was there this morning to have my daughter’s medication. I was waiting on the line; however, other person came and pick his medications before then me. It was not a big problem. When I got my daughter’s medicine, I asked the pharmacist that “ can I have tissue? I want to use the pen with tissue because the man before then me touch his body and use the pen. I don’t want to touch the same pen. The pharmacist said that to me:” he is healthier then you.” He was extremely rude. I asked him, did I hear right? How can you know? You are only pharmacist and not a doctor. You don’t have a right to say it. He was discriminating the people. The pharmacist must not say it to people. I am going to change my pharmacy. I have never experienced like that before.

I've used this pharmacy for decades and it was great until this past year or so. No one seems very happy to be there.

I ordered a medication a week in advance before departing internationally. I called to confirm earlier today. Now they don't have it in stock and didn't bother to tell me. You'd think they would be apologetic or start stocking something that I pick up once a month. It's really not that obscure of a product. I can get prescriptions anywhere
