I have an electric bike that isn’t any different than a normal bike, besides being powered by a battery. I called the day prior to ask if I needed to make an appointment to have the bike checked. The person who answered the phone told me it was not by appointment, it’s a show up and go from there process. So that’s what I did the next day. I took the bike down to the shop expecting to have the work done. Both workers I interacted with acted as if they were out of their league. I was told that he didn’t have the “right equipment” to work on such bike. I needed air in the tires, missing hardware, the front brakes repaired, and a chain greasing. Apparently these guys are so incompetent they don’t think an electric bike is a bike and they need special equipment to work on it. I’m calling their just jealous, lazy and they aren’t worth your business. Go elsewhere!!

The owner and his staff were extremely friendly and attentive even with the limitations of covid. My only regret is not finding them sooner when I first arrived in Worcester. If you need to get a bike, repairs or have questions answered these are your guys
Very friendly, organized and great customer service. Drove down from New Britain CT to pick up my son SE bike, and loved the service that we received so much, that I planned on going back to purchase a bike for my self.
