Holiday Inn Express & Suites Albany

We stayed in room 100. We had a pleasant visit. But, I have to agree with the guest from last week. The back door slamming all night was upsetting. It didn't just start in the morning. People going in and out to unload and/or smoke was not pleasant.

Excellent hotel, well located, clean, following Covid rules. There’s a very good restaurant just in front of it what makes dinner easier. The only caveat is that people were slamming their doors all the time, starting at 7am in a Sunday. Really annoying. Some thing could be done in the doors to avoid this echo along the corridors.

Great location. Check in was easy. Room was comfortable and big bathroom and wonderful shower only added to the restful evening. Very clean and bed linens made the stay seem like home.

Very friendly staff I'm currently staying here after being displaced by the fires. Front desk always says good morning or night and asks how my day is going. The cleaning staff is professional and does a great job of keeping the hotel clean. Overall one of the best motels I have ever stayed at directly because of your staff!

Really appreciated the staff and all their consideration. I was traveling for business and they made my stay comfortable and enjoyable
