University Inn Corvallis

I wanted to give this place a 5 but after their pet friendly policy turned into only dog friendly after arriving it was such a hassle and my sister could not get a room till the cat was off the premises. Then they made us put a $100 down just for damage deposit which I get but to release it back should not take long. 3-5 days sure but up to 30 days seriously?? We took pictures of the rooms before we left and they were tidy for we were not even there 12 hrs!! Staff are not very friendly either.

It’s great for the price. Newly renovated, minimalist/hipster vibe, okay beds, clean rooms. The ac units are loud, and you can hear every time your neighbors open or shut their doors. Paid sixty per night, great room for that price, I would stay here again.

Excellent staff!! Big shout out to Kim the manager who went out of her way to make sure my stay at University Inn. The housekeeper's were very nice and very accommodating in their thoroughness in handling all task with protective measures in the on going battle with Covid and practicing all safety measures. My room was very nice and clean. And the remolding they have done here is very hip and cool, in a retro 1960's design decor. Thank you!! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!
