Bike service is first class. Had four new bikes assembled and Kurt and Tatsu were excellent. Great communication and transparency, professional and helpful. Didn’t know where to go to get bikes assembled and I’m glad REI assisted me. Pricing was also reasonable.
Very helpful staff. However, extremely disappointed that they would not exchange a defective REI brand sleeping bag pad that was purchased over a year ago. The amount that I spend, they could have at least offered some type of store credit to utilize towards the purchase of the replacement even if it wasn't the full amount.
The best, highest-quality, and most overpriced gear all around! Jokes aside, the staff here is wonderful across all departments. Rock climbing shoes, hiking boots, bicycle and roof racks, you name it.
Long long to get in, line to just look at shoes, and another to check out. Won't be back any time soon.
Good store with friendly staff. Smaller than the Seattle store but they still have plenty of stuff. Pickup orders here have been fairly fast and convenient. Always love to visit and browse the gear!
