Costco Pharmacy

Repeatedly do not receive faxes from numerous doctor offices over the years. Will have to switch. Even though they have good prices. It is just not worth it when it is critical you get a prescription, to repeatedly be told by doctor's office they faxed it and to repeatedly be told by Costco they never got it is just ridiculous. One time is okay, maybe twice, but nearly always? Something is wrong with their fax system or something else is wrong! Also, they don't have a lot of time for their customers. They put in a new computer system, but don't send out reminder calls. The customer is not so important here. They are just too busy.

Since the year 2000 i visit Costco Albany during my yearly visits to the Corvallis/ Albany region . Its a huge supermarket with a variety of merchandise. Last time I bought a laptop, Tillamook chease and salmon fillet.

Pharmacists are top notch, very helpful, very pleasant. Answered all my questions. The Pharmacy Aides and cashiers are also quite knowledgeable and always friendly and helpful. Competitive pricing.

I can’t believe some of these reviews! I’ve never had anything other than fabulous service at the Costco Pharmacy. Everyone has been so polite and I love it when I’ve come back & they know who I am. I’ve had nothing but great service always w/a smile!

Unfortunately my insurance requires I go through Costco pharmacy otherwise I would NEVER come back!!! After my medication was approved through Costco and my I assurance and I received a physical letter from my insurance, they argued with me that the authorization never went through. After the Nurse from doctors office called and spoke to them multiple times and sent it via fax. Even after the pharmacy said they had ordered it. I call and they say I am wrong and nothing has gone through. I am holding the letter in my hand from my insurance saying it is approved and they still argue with me. And my medication. Still has not been filled !!! Extremely rude! Treat me like I'm dumb and that they have never heard of my medication and act like I'm making it up.
