Elm Street Pharmacy

I've been with this pharmacy for years. I moved and was getting my prescriptions mailed to me and after receiving prescriptions at my new address for 6 months they randomly mailed my prescription to my old address. The pharmacist denied sending it there, even after the new tenants verified receiving it. And the pharmacy told me my only option is to pay out of pocket for another month's supply of my medication.

When it's slow, they are amazing. Avoid rush times like lunch

This pharmacy is top notch. If you have to wait for a prescription you don’t have to wait long. And the pharmacists and clerks are very helpful and friendly. They always try to problem solve for the customer. The best pharmacy in Albany!

Was out of a lot of supplies when I got there but it was two days before 4th of July.

Better prices than most big box pharmacys. With a personal service and home town feel.
