The wait is typically 1 hour if you need them right away. My granddaughters prescriptions have not been changed in over 2 years! I have tried to be nice, calm, come in the day they are do and to no avail they are never ever filled! Its beyond my comprehension how the pharmacy techs lie! My time is valuable also and i am done! I love Fred meyers i have been coming here my whole life! I am 61 yrs old and get lied to, looked over, lied to again! This crazy excuse of covid is being wayyyyy over done, because they have been doing this to me for almost 2 years now! So good luck! I am going to bimart!
The staff at the Albany pharmacy were extremely helpful and friendly. I had never ordered from them but everyone went above and beyond for me, especially Sherry at the window. Thank you!!
They are always prompt in having my prescription ready to pick up. They are great
Tried to go pick up my wife prescription while she is in surgery and twice now it has taken over an hour to fill a prescription. Now instead of taking her Straight home we have to make a return trip back to pick up her prescription.
