There is a gentleman that was working today very thin with black hair which was balding a little bit on top. Also their is a young lady named Aubrey. These two employees are absolutely amazing! Every time I go in I leave with satisfaction. They no matter what smile and gladly help me. Now on the downside of the spectrum store on Topsy Lane in Carson City is that every single other employee that works there is rude and very unhelpful. The few first days that it was open I had gone into the store, was greeted by a man that told me I had 4 minutes to complete what I needed to do before they closed. I unfortunately was running late and he was not about to listen to me nor was he going to help me. And then he said if I was not out of the store in 4 minutes he would call the cops. I was not belligerent I did not cuss I was not disrespectful in any way at all. I just don't understand why people work customer service that hate their customers!

Prompt and courteous service. Would recommend you make an online reservation. The store was busy but got service quickly with a reservation.

Went to charge phone service Dealt trying to change over and was there for a 1 1/2 hrs. And then had to come later 8n day for then to send phone card in mail. But didn't get them over a wk. And this time I was there again for 1 1/2 hr. Working on get it switched and finally got it done .. I was not happy this Transition took so long to do.nThat's why I give this a one further service

Nice people, but, I am not a fan of the prices after the year promotion.
