Awesome over night stay for only 25.00 dollars. You have everything you need . The owner Mike very nice. Park very clean.

Very friendly & accommodating. The rates are very very reasonable. next time I go to Beatty I will definitely stay there.

Unfortunately I am a light sleeper. Half way through the night I got up and put in a CD to drown the road noisenCheap price. Someone said it was adults only. Not when we were there. A half dozen next door.

It is nothing special but it is clean reasonably prices the man who runs it is nice and a good place to spend a night

Website doesn't say adult only from what I can see. When you call, they say it's adult only.
