This quaint little, but BIG B&B was the perfect ending to our last day of vacation. The bed was so comfy, the room spacious, but cozy, and the amenities were great. This is a perfect couples get away!!! Wes and Jess were great hosts, sharing the history of Phyllis and Charles and the reason for the building of this B&B, along with cooking an amazing breakfast for us. We hope to be back and recommend a lot of friends to share in our amazing experience as well. Thank you!

Really great rooms and complex as a whole and a super nice staff. You can tell a lot of love was put into the building. Breakfast was also tasty. For the rooms and service you get the price is reasonable. Only reason not five stars is due to ability to hear guests walking down the hall from your room and some weird plumbing noises.

What a beautiful place.we were traveling from cedar city to Alamo and found this b&b it has to be one of the most fantastic b&b we have ever seen, the amount of attention to detail is second to none we booked the duke (John Wayne room) probably the most popular, we did book the atv ride but it was in the low 40s so cancelled we had the whole place to ourselves but didn't feel isolated you can help your self to snacks fruit soft drinks and cold bottle water , we were allowed to our room early tea and coffee and cookies on arrival. All the communal areas are vast well equipped. No TV in rooms but there is a bunk house with large screen TV pool table and loads of games and books .The same with the main sitting room .As the late owner Phyllis and Charles wanted families to spend time with other guests some areas are a shrine to Phyllis husband which is wonderful.

Beautiful but Strange: This lonely museum of a mansion is lovely but weird. We paid $250 for one night to stay in the John Wayne Room and were the only visitors on the entire premises.nLike most B&Bs, our (now deceased) owner has put far too many pieces of her own on display so that our room was cluttered with artifacts which left little room for our own items. It felt like visiting the bedroom of a very wealthy and eccentric great auntie.nThe breakfast was good after we spent a night locked in and unable to retrieve items from our vehicle. Apparently, the night watchman did not know we were there.nThis could be a fun venue if it were declutered and made to feel less like a museum...and if it were booked with multiple groups of people to fill its vast rooms, grounds, and dining hall.
