The quick experience was actually quite Pleasant they walk me to the aisle and then after waiting for 3 minutes the person who's at the cashier sincerely apologize and was actually very nice and trying to be jokingly although it's too early in the morning for me to joke back but it was a very nice experience

We have been filing our child's prescriptions here for 6 months or so now. Recently they have only been supplying methylphenidate (Ridilin) in large cylindrical pill forms. My wife was treated with disrespect by the pharmacy staff during his last refill when we requested the smaller pills. Now again, they are supplying us with these large adult size pills. No consideration is given to customer history or preferences. They tell me that the small pills are not available through their supplier so I guess we'll find a pharmacy that can meet our needs.

$16.99 for a set of 2 passport photos. I needed 4 for myself and 4 for a spouse. Total of $68.00. How does that make sense?!?

The pharmacy will not pick up the phone and take my call. I've been on hold for 15 minutes before I give up and call again. Immediately I am placed on hold again. Another 15 minutes with many rings to be only placed into hold again. I've requested the manager of the pharmacy and the store and am hung up on countless times. I've been waiting a week for my Rx and have been as patient as I possibly can.

When I visit the pharmacy I can see that they are working hard . I don't understand why other customers can't see that. I try to be as kind as I can to them. The pharmacist are great and the techs are equally great. Today I really just wanted to say thank you. So thanks and keep up the good work.
