I was left on hold and finally gave up after ten minutes. I called right back and they were available. What the heck? I mentioned it and received no apology and no goodbye at the end of the call, just hung up.

Called me everday for stuff My dr never ordered and didn't know how to use the over ride code
Although occasionally someone has drops the ball, and I have to follow up, the staff is very helpful in correcting problems and working with me to get my medications transferred, refilled, partially filled, etc. Prices are reasonable and they accept GoodRx prices. Hardest thing is picking it up, because the parking is congested and the store's big. Wish there was a drive through, or I could put my Rxs in with my pick up orders of groceries.
Placed on hold for 10 minutes, then hung up on. Tec told me they had a medication went to pick up the rx and told they didn't have it and they would have to order it again. Not all staff but certain staff were very rude..
