The worst service I have ever received from any pharmacy. I had a prescription sent over from another pharmacy to this location because they are 24hrs. I called five times before arriving to make sure they were able to start preparing the prescription. Each time a different pharmacy technician answered the phone. Which were all very incompetent i'm sorry to say. Non of them knew how to do a simple patient search for all Walgreens or bill insurance. Two of the young boys told me specifically they didn't know how to bill insurance but they are pharmacy technicians. I worked as a pharmacy technician for 6 years and that's part of your job. If you don't know how then ask.nBut each time I was supposedly transferred and hung up on. The last technician I spoke to was Kayla who had the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. She was rude and clearly doesn't know how to do her job.nnKayla told me she couldn't find another profile for my roommate so a new profile was created. Which the person before was able to find my roommates profile with an old address. All she had to do was update the information . But she created a new profile and said there was no insurance on file. After speaking to a store manager about Kayla's inability to do her job as well as having the worst attitude and behavior I have ever seen. Michelle was able to come over and give us the prescription which all of a sudden they had three profiles for my roommate and insurance information.nnThis pharmacy needs to train all their technicians on simple customer service skills, answering the phone, billing insurance, and searching for patient profiles. They are plain lazy and rude. This would never have been acceptable with any of my pharmacy managers, store managers, or even pharmacist I have worked with. This kind of behavior is how informations get messed up and can cause some serious issues.

I was mortified by the treatment I received here today. I waited in line to ask advice about wound care products for my mother who is in declining health. A staff member showed where the skin care products were and then suggested I get in line at the consultation window to ask the advice of the pharmacist. I waited in line behind an older gentleman and watched in utter disbelief as pharmacist Nicole B. yelled at and berated this man for asking questions about his medication. When it was my turn she walked away from the window and began yelling across the pharmacy to other staff the name of this man and information about his medicine and it sounded like she had come to the conclusion she had given him misinformation about dosing. (None of which I should have been hearing because it’s protected health information, but I imagine people all across the store could hear this woman throwing her temper tantrum.) She returned to the window and barked at me “CAN I HELP YOU?!” The gentleman was still there about 6 feet away and I pointed in his direction and said “I can wait if you need to finish......” she cuts me off screaming “NO I’ll deal with him later. NOW CAN I HELP YOU!” I said “No, that’s ok” and began backing away because I simply wasn’t emotionally able to tolerate that kind of abuse at that moment. She continued screaming at me wanting to know what I wanted. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated this badly as a customer before. I hope Nicole gets her psych consult before she physically hurts someone.

I never have to wait for my prescription... They never have messed it up. They send a reminder before putting back your meds... Pharmacy staff is always nice.
