They have ridiculously slow service in the drive up... very slow pharmacy line inside...and forget about calling them... you can easily be on hold for over an hour before you just hang up and SCREAM!!!!!nnAnd let me not forget to mention the very untidy area around pharmacy! We are in a pandemic ...they are a pharmacy... things are supposed to be kept clean yet the disinfectant wipe stand was overflowing with wipes.. they were falling onto the floor... there were pieces of what looked like wipes in the seating srea where you get your shots... amazing..Went and told a manager as I was leaving the store and she didn’t seem too shocked ...Said she would send someone over to clean up the area...nnCVS GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!

Don’t get your flu shot here. Not only is it a huge wait because they keep leaving the desk but the lady turns the needle at a few different angles in your arm. I’ve gone here for two years now and won’t be going back

The couple of times that I've shopped here they have followed me around the store as if they knew I was stealing or something ud83dude02 customer service sucks as well and not to mention they close and Lock their doors before the closing to one listed online and on their doors. I would rather drive the extra 5-10 minutes to a different location and get better customer service!

This store lost my disposable camera that I dropped off for developing. The manager claimed that they don't keep any written records of the film dropped off - no log with names, receipt number, anything! Precious memories - lost forever. Don't even consider using their photo developing service. Very disappointing.

HUGE pharmacy lines...nnI was hesitant about using this CVS, because I don't like the parking lot and shopping plaza it sits in. The drive thru is also poorly placed and an accident waiting to happen.nnThe problems here really started when the second nearest CVS closed. Obviously, people had to move their scripts somewhere else. It looks like they all chose this CVS. The last two times I went in there, they had 10+ person pharmacy lines inside with 1 person working a register, multiple drive thru vehicles wrapped around the building.nnI think it's the clientele that really ruins this CVS for me. They are super entitled and do not seem to understand how insurance works. Always complaining and taking FOREVER at the register. They have no regard for their fellow man as they just rant and rave while a huge line forms behind them.nnI moved my scrips to Walgreens. No lines, good parking lot, clientele seems way nicer.nnI hate summerlin.
