I would just like to share my experience at the CVS today...nI stood around for close to 3 hours while the employees put away their order delivery. They were kind, helpful, and polite. I'm sure it was nerve wracking having these people watching them. They were patient with us, and I want to compliment their manager for having a great crew...one of the best stores!!! Thank you!!!!

I just go here to shop for makeup and lashes, it’s an easy drive. Every single time I was greeted by Stephanie and she would always help me out as well. Today she went above and beyond by escorting me to my car since, I felt uneasy and followed by a homeless person, to my surprise there was actually two of them that were following me, so thank you so so much Stephanie it really meant a lot, she also didn’t leave until she saw me drive off safely :) I feel safer knowing that the staffs here could at least help me out during times like this and their security as well.

The only problem I have is that the pharmacist, can't seem to get her to give me her name. She acts like she doesn't hear me. Anyway, one of my pain medication'smedication's that I've been on for a couple of years, she refuses, yes REFUSES to order for me. Here are her reasons: I'm a new customer/patient. I don't have a treatment plan on record with the prescription.nAnother original reason is that she's not comfortable keeping an opioid in stock. Today I picked up my meds, it was filled and was told outright that the ' particular' medication won't be filled again.nI asked if my pain mgt provider contacted them, was told yes but not to expect any more to be filled.nAs I explained to her, my accident was late 1992. I have ruptured discs, never repaired. As a result of my accident, I'd developed life long diseases; Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. ALL three are serious pain based diseases and I have a regime of exercises from back when physical therapy did help. But apparently that's not enough of a plan , staying mobile and medications.nI transferred from a pharmacy that I'vI've used for years because taking two buses has gotten too difficult. This one is within walking distance and every one at this CVS store, front and back are amazing.

This pharmacy failed to fill my medically necessary medications on multiple occasions, giving absurd excuses such as claiming that my insurance no longer covers contraception for women (um, what?).nnIf you want timely fills for your prescriptions, especially the pivotal ones, it would behoove you to look elsewhere.
