Awesome choices of chicken products. From salad and Macaroni to grilled chicken nuggets to regular chicken nuggets spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Breakfast too. The line has certainly died down and it moves fast. Attendants walk along taking orders to names. You pay them. Then attendants walk from the window backwards delivering the food. Often you already have your meal by the time you make it to the window. Not bad for fast food

Good food when they can get orders right. Around 60% if the time (in my experience) they get the order wrong somehow. I've had a grilled nugget order get switched with breaded strips, wrong cheese on sandwiches, missing utensils, etc. Write to customer service about it, and ask I got was a form letter from the owner. We'd been desperately waiting for a chick to open in Carson and we are sorely disappointed with the attention to detail and customer service. It's worth it to go to Reno or Sparks to get near perfect service every time. If they have a problem (which is rare), they go out of the way to fix it.

The ease of using the App (to order curbside pickup.) I first stopped at this location on opening day, which happened to coincide with a trip I had to Carson City. The team members had the abundance of traffic well in hand, and I decided to try the mobile app while moving in line. I was back in town over the President's weekend and the App is super efficient tracking my progress and arrival time, so my food was delivered promptly and piping hot. Kudos to the IT Developers for knocking this system out of the park!

Food was pretty good. Had so much extra food in my bag and my total was so much, I think they charged me for the extra stuff and I didn't realize it. The line is super long and they have employees taking orders from the line (think In N Out, but without the handy menu). I suggest looking at their menu online before heading down there. Also, expect to wait at least 20 minutes in line, the food was still warm though so that was impressive!

We got in line about 1:30 on Saturday afternoon. There were a lot of cars there, but the line was going pretty quickly. We ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich the spicy chicken sandwich chicken tortilla soup and macaroni and cheese. It took us about 30 minutes from start to finish. I think the people who ordered online and just came for curbside pickup might have gotten a little faster service, but I wouldn't swear to it. I thought both of the chicken sandwiches were very good, although the spicy one was a little too spicy for me. However, my daughter loved it! Both had very juicy tasty chicken fillets that were good flavor. We both agreed that the chicken chicken tortilla soup was good. The mac and cheese was okay... I think my grandson would have liked it better than any of us.
